This February, JGSOC marked Love Month with meaningful activities that promoted wellness, generosity, and authentic connection across the organization.
Love Yourself: Nurturing Strength and Resilience
In celebration of self-care and personal well-being, Head Office employees received a succulent of their choice—a simple yet meaningful symbol of resilience, hope, and the ability to thrive even in challenging environments.
Each plant came with a thoughtful message:
“Like a succulent in bloom, the strongest hearts flourish even in the harshest seasons.”
These small but intentional gestures served as daily reminders for employees to keep growing, stay resilient, and appreciate the value of their work and contribution to JGSOC.
Love Others: Sharing the Gift of Life
On February 18, the Head Office team partnered with the Philippine Red Cross for a Blood Donation Drive, extending Love Month beyond the workplace and into the community.
While donor slots were limited, the commitment and courage shown by participating employees reflected the true spirit of compassion and service. JGSOC extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported the initiative. Your generosity embodies our culture of malasakit and care for others.
Love Through Connection: Strengthening Relationships at Work
Continuing the focus on holistic well-being, employees also participated in a webinar titled “The Many Faces of Love: Relational Wellness at Work” which explored how healthy relationships support mental well-being and foster stronger, more connected teams.
The webinar emphasized that even small, positive moments—infused with empathy, openness, and play—can make a meaningful difference in creating a healthier and more supportive workplace.
